| If a product you purchased at oasisday-spa.com arrives damaged or not the item that you
ordered, you may return the unopened product(s) within 30 days for a full refund or you may
apply the credit towards the purchase of another product. In order to be eligible for a refund
the product must be returned unopened and not used. It is important that you follow this policy
for purchased products as we cannot accept and refund any product that has been opened. Unfortunately
we are unable to refund shipping charges.
To return a product that has not been opened, send the product(s) and a copy of the receipt
in it original packaging to the address below. Please state the reason for the return and
whether you want a refund or a credit towards another product.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Gift Certificates are redeemable for services or merchandise only. Gift Certificates must
be presented for redemption and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates
are not redeemable for cash. All Gift Certificate orders will ship within 48 hours of order
approval. Gift Certificates have a seven-year expiration from date of issue. Due to increased
postal volume during December and the Christmas holiday, please expect the possibility of mail
delivery being delayed. OASIS DAY SPA, INC. DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY MAIL DELIVERY THAT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY
